Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange your item 30 days after receiving it.

To return or exchange your item please post it to the below address:

Please ensure you add a note in your parcel including;

• your order number
• whether you want a refund or exchange
• what you’d like it exchanged for
• your postal address 

Please note you will have to cover the postage fee to return the item.

To be eligible for a return please ensure the below:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• You have proof of purchase.

Once your return is received I will email you to let you know that I have received the item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be added to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
