Where are Nervous Puppy Paw Balms made? 

All our dog paw balms are made right here in the UK in our home kitchen. 

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? 

Our Paw Balms have been developed using mild formulations. In fact our Bye Bye Sore Paws and Bye Bye Itchy Paws balms can help alleviate skin irritation. If your pet has allergies to any specific ingredients, please contact us for more product information.

Can I use your products on my puppy? 

Yes, our Paw Balms are suitable for dogs from 12 weeks old.

Do I need to worry if my dog eats any of the paw balm? 

No. Our Paw Balms contain ingredients which are all non-toxic and lick safe. 

Orders

Do you do custom orders?

I am always up for making something custom tote of sweatshirt. Send me a message to discuss your design and we can agree on a price and processing time. 

Can I cancel my order? 

We accept cancellations up to 2 hours after you have ordered. So please email me at nervouspuppyuk@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Can I return my order? 

Yes you have 30 days to return your order for a refund or exchange. Please email me on nervouspuppyuk@gmail.com to begin your return.

Please note you will have to cover the postage fee to return the item.

To be eligible for a return please ensure the below:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• You have proof of purchase.

Once your return is received I will email you to let you know that I have received the item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be added to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
