Delivery and Returns

Make it and Pack it. 

Once your order comes our way we get to work either making or packing it straight up. 

For our paw balms and greeting cards we pack these up within 1-3 working days. 

For our sweatshirts and tote bags. These are all made to order so take a little longer. We make these within 5-7 working days then pack them up. 

Post it. 

All UK orders are posted Royal Mail 2nd class and usually take 3 to 4 days to arrive from the post data. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Standard International and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in some cases. 

Enjoy it.
